Karen Salzer started at Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) in February 2021 as the Business Systems Manager. In this role, she supports the business capture team. Karen previously worked at Rural Electric Cooperative for 26 years and says that her new position was just too good an offer to turn down. Her favorite part of BHIS is the people she works with, as they make each day a pleasure. Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her grandkids, traveling, and spending time in her flower garden.
