Tom Smith joined the Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) team in 2021 as a Business Analyst. He works with clients to identify their correct testing solution needs and proposal requests. Prior to his time at BHIS, he directed a business operations team in real estate. He decided it was time to make the switch when he realized he could work from home and fell in love with the energy at BHIS. Outside his time at work, he is a father to seven children, enjoys reading, playing guitar, and home improvement projects.
