Kelly Dance joined Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) in July 2020 as a Tool Developer/Programmer/Software Engineer Intern. He helps to develop internal tools, such as the Discord Bot that was used for 2020’s virtual Wild West Hackin’ Fest. Kelly has recently found a love of competitive programming, and his favorite language is JavaScript/TypeScript (although he plays around with Python as well). Outside of work, Kelly enjoys programming projects like automating tasks, tools for homework (usually science-related), video game mods, or even useless programs he just happens to think are interesting. He has participated in USACO and Advent of Code and hopes to participate in ICPC next year.
