William Corbin joined Black Hills Information Security (BHIS) in March 2024 as a SOC Analyst. In this role, he investigates alerts to determine if there is an active threat in client environments. Among a wide variety of past jobs, William previously spent most of his career as a chef. He chose to work for BHIS because of “the great people that are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge while having a good time.” He values the opportunities to learn from knowledgeable folks and the caring and supportive environment at BHIS. When he’s not working, William enjoys playing guitar/bass, reading, and playing video games.
